1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VedicAnk (the "Service"), operated by Webzline ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

VedicAnk is a SaaS platform that provides Vedic numerology tools including Dasha chart generation, name analysis, Guna matching, and client management. The Service is available through paid subscription plans with a free trial period.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

• VedicAnk offers various subscription plans with different features and device limits.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' prior notice to existing subscribers.
• Payment processing is handled securely through Razorpay.

5. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will be downgraded to the free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan. No payment information is required to start a free trial.

6. Permitted Use

You agree to use VedicAnk only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Share your account credentials or license with unauthorized users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Exceed the device limits specified in your subscription plan
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the VedicAnk platform, including source code, design, algorithms, and branding, are owned by Webzline. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the subscription period.

Data you create and store within VedicAnk (client records, charts, analyses) remains your property.

8. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your use of VedicAnk is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data practices described therein.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for:

• Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice when possible)
• Emergency security updates
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Limitation of Liability

VedicAnk provides numerology tools for informational and professional use. We make no claims about the accuracy or applicability of numerological predictions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webzline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.
• You may export your data before account deletion.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
